  • Do I need to complete the on-demand portion before attending the in-person training?

    Yes. Completion of the on-demand course is required before attending the in-person portion. This ensures all participants arrive prepared with foundational knowledge so the live training can focus on technique, application, and hands-on practice.

  • Is the in-person training optional?

    No. The in-person training is a required component of the hybrid course in order to receive full certification and/or CEU credit. If you do not want to train in-person please purchase the on-demand only version of the course.

  • Are CEUs included?

    Yes, CEUs are awarded upon successful completion of both the on-demand and in-person portions of the course, in accordance with accreditation requirements.

  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    All sales are final once the on-demand course has been accessed. On-demand courses are non-refundable once access is granted. In-person training cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date to be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made after this window or failure to attend (no-show) will result in forfeiture of the in-person training fee. No refunds are issued for missed or incomplete training.

  • How long do I have access to the on-demand course?

    On-demand course access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Can I reschedule my in-person training?

    Yes, one reschedule may be permitted with proper notice, 7 days prior and subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.

  • What happens if I don’t complete the on-demand portion in time?

    If the on-demand portion is not completed prior to the in-person training date, you will not be permitted to attend the live training and will need to reschedule at an additional cost.
