Do I complete online learning before class?
Yes. If your enrollment includes on-demand coursework, it should be completed before the live training date so the in-person portion can focus on technique, application, and guided practice.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final once the on-demand course has been accessed. On-demand courses are non-refundable once access is granted, and refunds are not issued for missed or incomplete training.
What is the cancellation policy?
In-person training cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date to be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations after this window or no-shows result in forfeiture of the in-person training fee.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. One reschedule may be permitted with proper notice at least 7 days prior to the training date and is subject to availability. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
How long can I access the on-demand course?
On-demand course access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the course details.
What if I am not prepared by the live date?
If the required on-demand portion is not completed before the live training date, you will not be permitted to attend the live training and will need to reschedule at an additional cost.
