About the Course

This course provides a foundation of knowledge about gel polish for manicure and pedicure with classic and French style application. It focuses on how to safely and successfully carry out dry manicure/pedicure and the application/removal of gel polish. You'll be able to enhance service and speed with a streamlined and consistent application method for polish perfection. The course will also focus on how to integrate service offerings with business building strategies. The instructor will use a step-by-step approach, illustrating application and removal technique to allow one to develop and/or refine their skills.

Learning Objectives:

- How to establish self-care practices including proper body mechanics

- To demonstrate an understanding of techniques, benefits, and contraindications

- Proper health and safety procedures focused on infection prevention & control

- An understanding of Anatomy & Physiology

- How to integrate service offerings with business-building strategies
